Seat plaques - Reviewed the Samples that Jerry made up from American Trophies. It was decided that the font is a little to large, we will also ask Jerry to make an example of one with the title of the acknowledgement (In Memory of, Honor of etc...) a smaller font than the rest.  We will organize a work party to install the 1st set of plaques in early December or as soon as they are complete.  Sam to look into using tamper-proof screws.

Derrick and Shauna to pursue the Comcast public service channel, commercial on Pirate TV. and radio station contact they have in Clayton.

Concert Committee:  Chuck Dybdal updated us on Concert Committee and upcoming spring series.  Friday, March 18, the Guillermo concert seems a go with Mariachi Ortega and the PHDs in the little theater. Saturday, May 21, Pittsburg's Own Come Home II (perhaps we need a more inclusive title to attract people from beyond Pittsburg) is set in the big theater with Johnny Steele, Nicky DePaola (backed by Gary Ostertag's band), Leo Vigil (PHS grad, ex-PHD now based in LA) with his band, including bassist Curtis Olson, which has just released a CD. Plus, he will have Grammy winner Carlos Reyes join him as a special guest. Martin Johnson's band N Focus is also set to play, and we have made contact with two other bands, but we may want to limit it to three bands plus Johnny. Theater is confirmed for our use on those two nights. We need to get committee approval on sponsorship package and discuss a ticket plan for the 2005 concerts, and we have held discussions with the Pittsburg Chamber of Commerce of ways to work together to provide us with more support from their side. We have a lot of momentum going right now that will help us put on successful concerts next year so that the "Adopt-A-Seat" program can restore even more seats.

Acknowledgements of seats purchased to be sent in December.  Included will be a seating chart showing their designated seat.
